SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by NevaLeave on behalf of participating local businesses ("Merchants").
Program description
When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing text messages — such as requests to review a Merchant you recently visited — from the Merchant via NevaLeave.
How to opt in
You opt in on a Merchant's online feedback page — which you open on your own device via a link or QR code the Merchant shares after your visit — by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies — typically no more than one review request per 30 days.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. NevaLeave and the Merchant do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
