NevaLeave ("NevaLeave", "we", "us") provides a customer-retention platform that local businesses ("Merchants") use to stay in touch with their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including for text messages (SMS).
Information we collect
- Contact details you or a Merchant provide: name, email address, and phone number.
- Visit and purchase history recorded by the Merchant (dates, services, amounts).
- Feedback you submit, such as star ratings and comments.
- Communication preferences, including whether you have opted in to email or SMS.
How we use your information
- To help Merchants provide service and maintain their customer relationships.
- To send messages you have agreed to receive, such as review requests and reminders.
- To measure customer retention and improve the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a Merchant's online feedback page, which you open on your own device via a link or QR code the Merchant shares after your visit — we use your phone number to send recurring automated messages such as review requests on that Merchant's behalf. Message frequency varies (typically no more than one review request per 30 days). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share your information with the Merchant you interact with, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our email and SMS delivery providers) under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link or instructions in each message, and from texts by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us below.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change.
